SYSKRON as enabler for the digital transformation

A strategic change is taking place at SYSKRON: The digitalisation strategies of the parent company Krones and SYSKRON as a subsidiary are merging. SYSKRON, which up to now has operated as an independent software consultant, is developing further and is going to act as an enabler for the digital transformation in the beverage and liquid food industry with its smart software solutions. In the future, the customer will no longer only receive a machine or line, but also a comprehensive service promise. Customers will have a wide range of digital services in various scopes at their disposal, enabling them to increase performance and quality in production while reducing costs at the same time.

Both on-premise and cloud solutions are important in the digitalisation of the beverage and liquid food industry. The Share2Act and SitePilot products are growing closer together, resulting in even more integrated solutions from the two software suites. For a sustainable implementation of this new strategy Severin Diepold takes over the position of sole management director at SYSKRON. Thomas Bernard, previously managing director of Syskron GmbH, has left the company. Severin Diepold is driving the reorientation with a new, passionate management team.

Above all, the customer will benefit sustainably from the new orientation of SYSKRON which is already in full swing. Further details on the future strategic orientation will follow shortly.
