Your tasks

  • You support the Release Management department in its daily tasks, such as
    • Tracking the progress of individual releases
    • Tracking the dependencies between work packages
    • Formal review of new releases
    • Internal announcements of new releases
    • Coordination of support requests to the development teams.
  • You will support the further development of our release process.

Your profile

  • You are enrolled at a university course of study, such as business informatics or business administration with a focus on information technology or project management, or a similar course of study.
  • You know how to keep an eye on several topics at the same time and you are familiar with project management.
  • You have an understanding of how agile software development works.
  • You ideally already know how to use Jira and Confluence.
  • You have a structured way of working.
  • You have strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
  • You have good language skills in German and English, both written and spoken.
