Your tasks
- You develop cross-divisional processes and strategies - for data from the Shopfloor to our cloud services and SAP Cloud.
- You define the roles and responsibilities for sustainable data use, thereby ensuring consistently high data quality.
- You work closely with data stakeholders and management in various areas to define standards and ensure compliance.
- You audit compliance with the guidelines for the implementation of data and thus ensure a CIP.
- You are familiar with global regulatory data topics (e.g. Data Act) and can derive measures for strategic implementation.
- You coordinate the handling of data across departments.
- You ensure the transfer of knowledge for business units and are the contact person for strategies, global specifications and their processes.
Your profile
- You have several years of experience in setting up processes, roles and responsibilities in the context of data governance and quality assurance.
- You have extensive experience in communicating and defining strategic and cross-functional data topics
- You have project management skills, personal responsibility and the ability to drive initiatives forward independently.
- Communication is easy for you in both German and English, as you are fluent in both languages
Ideally you have knowledge of the following topics:
- Change management
- Process management
- Tools landscape for governance
- Auditing of governance
- "Leadership without personnel responsibility"
- Automation technology, OnPrem technologies, cloud technologies
