Your tasks

  • You support our internal and external customers via phone, email, remote and partly on-site (willingness to travel <5%).
  • You provide remote support for the installation, configuration, administration and maintenance of customer-specific information and communication solutions.
  • Your primary responsibilities will also include diagnosing and troubleshooting complex technical issues and root causes.
  • You will support our Application Consulting team in project planning, analysis, commissioning, revision and retrofitting of our solutions.
  • You directly support our customers in configuring, integrating and setting up IT systems in the production environment.
  • You consult our customers on their systems, optimization options and processes, and create individual instant solutions for our customers.
  • You escalate complex issues and requirements to 3rd level support and development to create and implement custom solutions.
  • You will help create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and troubleshooting guides to facilitate problem resolution and knowledge sharing within the support team.

Your profile

  • You can perform installations and configurations on Windows Server.
  • You have good knowledge of MS SQL & Server Management Studio and MS Visual Studio Code.
  • You already have experience with XML, XSLT, xpath, Json and SQL.
  • You have an analytical way of thinking.
  • You are able to work independently and have good organizational skills.
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German, English and in SQL.
