Your tasks
- You are responsible for the integration and clarification of new data sources.
- You design, develop and implement scalable data pipeline solutions as well as infrastructure.
- You provide expertise in a range of technologies, including Databricks, AWS S3, AWS Glue, AWS Redshift, Pyspark, Python, ETL tools and SQL.
- You design and implement data models, data flows, data mesh, data pipelines, DDL scripts and ETL/ELT processes using state-of-the-art technologies in a cloud environment.
- You ensure operational efficiency with internal processes and standards for data quality.
- You continuously enhance and harmonize data flows and the architecture of the data lake and warehouse structures.
Your profile
- You have a strong understanding of data strategy.
- You have strong skills in designing and building robust, high-performance, and adaptable solutions, that are best suited for modern platforms (Big Data/Relational/No-SQL/OLAP).
- You have the ability to lead and drive solutions in a fast-paced, highly technical and mission-focused environment.
- You bring the experience necessary to create and optimize complex SQL queries, design tables/schemas, and evaluate trade-offs between raw, aggregated and enriched data.
- You have a good command of written and spoken German and English.
