Your tasks
- You are responsible for preparing quotations and act as an interface between sales, product management and development.
- You are taking care of reviewing tender documents, clarifying customer requirements and developing respective solutions for them.
- You are significantly involved in the further development of global quotation processes (maximum standardization and automation).
- You also describe the scope of work of the projects.
- You are furthermore responsible for the calculation of services and preparation of bid reviews.
- You regularly exchange ideas in close coordination with your international colleagues, the specialist departments and product management.
Your profile
- You have a degree - ideally with a technical background.
- Ideally, you have already gained relevant experience in the preparation of proposals for software projects and in processes in the beverage industry.
- You are confident in using the Microsoft Office portfolio.
- You already have experience in working with SAP.
- You are used to working independently and like to take responsibility.
- You convince with your strong communication skills.
- You like to think outside the box and to be actively involved in shaping your working environment.
- You also have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
